A family business, and a network of producers
We are a family-run business dedicated to exporting high-altitude green coffee from Honduras to the roasters who want it.
Our coffee comes from a network of growers across the country. We buy directly, we pay fairly, and we keep every lot traceable back to the family that produced it — which is why our sacks carry a region and a variety rather than just a grade.
What ships is the result of that whole chain: the altitude, the harvest, the drying patio, and a lot kept separate at every step.
